Biographical Notes:

Mark E. Becker has been actively mediating since 1985, and has mediated over 4,000 cases. He is available to mediate Family, Circuit Civil, and Dependency cases throughout Florida and the Southeastern U.S. , and his practice is limited to alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Becker is certified to mediate Superior Court and Family Financial Cases in North Carolina, and he does not charge for travel or lodging.

Experience is the factor that can make a mediation successful. Mr. Becker has over 23 years of experience as a mediator and 26 years as an attorney, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and other appellate courts.

    Rates: Please call for details. Prices are competitive, and based upon the type of mediation and the issues involved.

    Payment: All mediation fees are to be paid at the conclusion of each mediation session unless otherwise agreed between the mediator and the parties.

    Cancellation Policy: Failure to call and cancel with 48 hour advance notice may subject you to a cancelation fee, which is detailed in the engagement letter sent to you upon scheduling.
